United Filtration filters are specifically designed to remove harmful contaminants—including rust, pipe scale, compressor lube oil, and water—from compressed gas streams. They are widely used in demanding high-pressure CNG applications, providing reliable inter-stage filtration during multi-stage compression as well as clean, dry gas for storage and vehicle fueling.
With a broad selection of media options, our elements remove up to 99.995% of solid and liquid aerosols and capture particles as small as 0.01 microns. Activated carbon media is also available for effective oil vapor adsorption.
Our housings and replaceable elements feature extremely robust construction for operating pressures up to 6,000 PSIG, temperatures to 350°F, and flow rates up to 26,000 SCFM. We offer connection sizes up to 2 inches in NPT, SAE, BSPP, and flanged configurations, with custom options available upon request.
For ultra-high-pressure applications, housings rated up to 15,000 PSIG are also available.
