Description
Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) systems require high-efficiency filtration to protect onboard fuel components from harmful particles and condensed liquids. Our unique polyethylene coalescing element delivers superior protection in a compact, robust design.
The 01NGV elements are constructed entirely from polyethylene, providing a high-efficiency rating of <1 micron for both liquids and solid particles. Equally important, the all-polyethylene construction enables rapid liquid drainage, ensuring continuous coalescing efficiency while maintaining a low pressure drop.
The durable housing is engineered for ease of service, featuring a hex base with multiple wrench points for simple installation and removal. A captured Buna-N O-ring in the bowl stays protected from debris and ensures a secure, positive seal after maintenance.
For long-term durability, each housing is anodized for corrosion resistance and engraved for permanent identification. Private labeling options are also available.
Replacement Element Kit: NGV-325ALHP
Each Kit Includes: PEL-12-57-01NGV Element, Buna-N O-Ring, and Super Lube Individual Pack (1cc)
