NGV High Pressure Filter Assembly

Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Systems require high efficiency filtration to protect on board fuel systems from particles and condensed liquid. Our unique polyethylene coalescing element provides the utmost protection in a compact and robust design. The 01NGV elements are 100 percent polyethylene providing high efficiency rating of <1 micron for liquids and particles. Just as importantly, the polyethylene construction allows liquids to drain quickly, thus allowing a highly efficient coalescing process to continue with a low pressure drop. The robust housing is easy to service with a hex base, providing multiple angle wrench points. A Buna-N O-ring is captured in the bowl, keeping it clear debris, and just as importantly securely fitted for positive re-sealing after filter element maintenance. Finally, the housing is anodized for corrosion protection, and the housing details are engraved for permanent identification. This unit is a direct replacement o the Parker/Finite® FFC-112 housing with CLS-112 Element.
